Handpicked at optimum ripeness, sorted, pressed and fermented at the ideal temperature to ensure a deeply rich, fruit driven Cabernet Sauvignon. Soft and beautifully rounded with a complex, layered nose and pronounced flavours of blackberry, ripe plums, some underlying spice and a soft vanilla finish.
Grand Slam Chenin Blanc 2023
Handpicked grapes are sorted and pressed, fermented at low temperature to ensure a fresh, crisp Chenin Blanc. Prominent guava aromas are supported by flavours of litchi and mango, with a subtle herbaceous undertone.
Colene Sauvignon Blanc 2022
There's a soft, pleasant flintiness up front on the nose of this wine, with more pronounced notes of fresh grass & green melon rind. It's just more than lightweight on the palate, offering ample acidity to complement flavors of green plum, lime and more green melon that linger on the close.
